CRM Project Evolution in Spain

Spanish company Herlequin Communications Technology manages IT for an equity management firm specializing in small businesses. The company launched Terrasoft CRM implementation complex project in the beginning of the year. Within the bounds of the project interface and all the technical documentation have been adapted for Spanish customer.

After successful personnel training in functional capabilities and administration of Terrasoft CRM even being on the product test use stage the company evaluated the potentialities of the project. As a result its bounds have been broadened by installation of Replicator that supports distributed structure of the company. Another evidence of company’s satisfaction is the further increase in quantity of automated workplaces.

Though the project is going through its pilot operation stage, there are the first results of the product effectiveness shown in marketing and sales departments of the company.
