Today Terrasoft released Caché version of its new Terrasoft CRM 2.8. This step will enable businesses using Windows or Linux servers with Caché database server to use Terrasoft CRM for customer relationship management applications.
Terrasoft has been a certified partner of Intersystems company (developing Caché DB) since 2003. The previous Terrasoft CRM 2.7 version already supported Caché and was successfully deployed in companies, using this database server.
Caché is a post-relational database that uniquely offers three integrated data access options: a robust object database, high performance SQL, and rich multidimensional access. Caché enables rapid Web application development, extraordinary transaction processing speed, massive scalability, and real-time queries against transactional data - with minimal maintenance requirements.
Caché is available for Windows, OpenVMS, Mac OS X, Linux and major UNIX platforms and it is deployed on systems ranging from two to over 10,000 simultaneous users.
Month ago the new Terrasoft CRM 2.8, supporting MS SQL Server and MSDE was released. And today Terrasoft announced that support of Caché was added to the base Terrasoft CRM 2.8 version.
According to company information, Terrasoft CRM now is the only CRM software for small and mid-size business working on Caché.
