CRM system implementation project for the client McKeon Motors BMW has successfully finished. McKeon Motors has established itself as the leading supplier of BMW & Mitsubishi vehicles in the Northeast Ireland.
Within the bounds of the implementation project, all business processes of the company were defined and regulated, which helped to automate the most part of routine in sales and marketing departments. Another significant achievement is organization of Call Centre that allowed to improve the efficiency of sales and support managers. Due to this all incoming and outgoing call are registered in the unified system and detailed information on them can be obtained on-the-fly for better customer service provision and management.
This is a first large-scale project of PrimeFuture Ltd and it was implemented within the shortest possible time. The new client, Agri-gear Ltd, is a significant player in the Irish tire and wheel market, and now the team of PrimeFuture is facing new challenge of CRM project.
