CRM solution for IT business

Several specific CRM projects on the base of Terrasoft product were initiated recently.

Another IT company who launched CRM implementation recently is English company Axios Systems. It is the recognized supplier of IT service management software and services. It has offices all over northern hemisphere. CRM system is called to support company's distributed structure. The first step in the implementation project was the installation of Terrasoft CRM and the following step will be the update to 3.0 software version that includes data exchange functionality.

The peculiarity of this project is that Axios Systems is one of the first users of Terrasoft CRM 3.0 that will beta-test the product.
