The 2-nd annual Partner Conference was held on October 1-2, 2006. The team of key partners was gathered together for 2-day summit. The aim of the event was the presentation of new technologies in the sphere of CRM solutions and consulting. It was the brilliant opportunity to share the valuable business experience and knowledge among the partners.
The conference was started with the opening speech of Katerina Kostereva, commercial director of the company. The first part of the event was dedicated to the strategic direction of Terrasoft business – integrated CRM projects. Within the boundaries of this part all the stages of the project were discussed. Separate parts of the conference were dedicated to creating the maximum effectiveness of the departments’ performance: marketing, sales & support in the Terrasoft partner companies.
The second day of the conference brought the topic of CEM into the limelight. Customer experience management was discussed as the next level of CRM development. Afterwards, the examples of several actual CRM projects were presented by the representatives of the partner organizations.
As the result, all the participants got the opportunity to gain new experience and knowledge, which will definitely make them stronger in the sphere of modern CRM business.
