Terrasoft Belorussia partner – ComplIT – started CRM implementation project for its customer advertising agency “Kryn”. In 2005 advertising agency “Kryn” was awarded as “Gold Lion” in “Media Lions” Division at the 52nd International Advertising Kahn Festival. The agency’s customers are “MTS”, Philip Morris, brewing company “Bobrov” etc.
While serving the standard tasks the project includes solutions for the range of tasks concerning such specific areas as planning, accounting, assessing and analyzing of festival participation, account management business processes and documents circulation with customers – TV-channels, the press and media.
