 Encoding detection .

The encoding of the received messages is automatically detected and the message is displayed in the original encoding.

Priority in email templates

Now you can set default message priority in the email template .

New macroses .

Macroses enable to customize messages created using a template by automatic insert of needed values. The new macroses: User full position name, UserEmailAddres, ToAddr (Recipient address), Quotes (Original message text), OSubject (Original message subject), OFrom (Original message sender), OFromName (Original message sender name), OFromAddr(Original message sender address), OToList (Original message recipients), ODate (Original message date), Cursor (default cursor position).

Now you can insert macros even in message template subject field.

Description log

Using the Description tab in any section you can quickly add log record containing author, date and time. You can activate this option in Tools/System settings/Description/ InsertDescriptionModifier.

Number of digits for float values.

Set needed number of digits for float values in Tools/System Settings/Numbers/ FloatDecimalPlaces.

New file version tracker .

Track changes in files attached to contact , account , document …

New profile types added .

Call Center works faster .

Thanks to changing data exchange algorithm you can faster open “Main”, “Call processing rules”, “Regional settings”, “Registered operators” tabs in the Call Center Administrator. Now Call Center loads and saves settings faster.
