GITEX 2007 in Dubai: New Opportunities for Terrasoft CRM

On September 8-12 there took place the largest in the region Gulf International Information Technology Exhibition - GITEX Business Solutions 2007 in Dubai, UAE. This leading international IT Trade event in Enterprise and SMBs for the Middle East, Africa and South Asia brings together major players on the markets of Network & Security products, Office Automation & Suppliers and IT-Solutions, where CRM is positioned as one of the favourites among the technologies oriented on the contemporary business needs. Thousands of visitors from tens of countries attend the event looking for partnership and trade opportunities.

This year Terrasoft was represented by its Partner, Converged Communications Middle East & North Africa (CCMENA), who participated in the event as one of the exhibitors introducing Terrasoft CRM and Call Centre solutions. CCMENA has already implemented a piloting CRM project in one of the biggest satellite mobile operators in the world using the integrated Terrasoft CRM - TeleVantage Call Centre solution. This experience became a solid ground for the further opportunities that appeared during the GITEX event. Terrasoft and CCMENA Business Development team had a number of meetings while the event, which can be developed into some unique CRM projects for the Enterprise market.
