The Terrasoft Conference "CRM Industry Solutions: ?est Practices Client-oriented Business" has taken place in Riga. The event was attended by over 50 companies from different industries that are interested in implementing a CRM Solution to their businesses. The Conference also attracted a number of business-solutions providers operating in the Baltic market.
One of the most interesting speeches was the presentation of Karlis Skuja from CRM Consulting, Terrasoft CRM Implementation Partner in Latvia. Mr. Skuja shared the experience of implementing Terrasoft CRM in his own company as well as the practice of using Terrasoft CRM in the companies of CRM Consulting's customers. The presentation followed the questions that were raised while the introduction of the CRM Model concept. The presentation put in the focus of attention the issues of implementing Customer Relationship Management approach on the three levels managements: strategy, tactics and operations.
The attendees who familiarized themselves with the Terrasoft products for the first time provided a positive feedback on the technological and functional capabilities of the Terrasoft CRM platform. These are the capability of integration with various database s and applications, automated business-process management (automated workflow) by means of of business-process constructor, the variety of connections with the database through the web-services or replication, or terminal access.
The Conference was followed by a series of meetings arranged by Terrasoft and its Partners regarding launching a number of new CRM projects in the region.
