Terrasoft Training in UAE

Terrasoft continues developing and training the IT-Engineers of the partner organizations internationally. This year the technical training sessions have been arranged in New York and Brussels. A three-day technical training on Configuring and Administrating Terrasoft CRM was also held on October 23-25th in Dubai.

The training delivered by Terrasoft Chief Architect, Sergey Karlo, who is one of the main creators of Terrasoft CRM platform as well as the most experienced trainer in the company, was attended by programmers from Lebanon, United Arabic Emirates and Yemen. The attendants obtained comprehensive information about the Terrasoft CRM architecture and its functional capabilities for the developers. The particular attention was paid to configuring and integrating Terrasoft CRM with third-party applications, systems and Call Centres.

While the training the IT-Engineers mastered the process of system customization and obtained practical skills in administrating Terrasoft CRM. Such knowledge and skills will be very helpful for them during the pre-sale and implementation stages of a CRM project.
