Terrasoft Group announces new versions of products Terrasoft CRM 3.2 and Terrasoft Service Desk 3.2 the emphasis in which is made on the flexibility of user preferences and expansion of basic functionality.
"Terrasoft users seek to use the rich functionality of the product to the maximum extend. It is for this new version of Terrasoft software encompasses a complete feature set for the customization of the software by users with no need of engagement of professional programmers "- noted Alexander Popov, Terrasoft Technical Director.
Users of version 3.2 are enabled to generate reports and template documents not only in MS Excel, but also in MS Word; build analytical charts in all sections of the system; create user directories and generate custom queries to the database.
New section "Dashboard” which consolidates, aggregates and arranges measurements, metrics and scorecards from any section of the system on a single screen, has been added to the functionality of the software. Information from different sections of the system can be monitored at a glance. Dashboard can be set up individually for each user as well as one might use a dashboard customized by his/her colleagues.
In addition, the new version of Terrasoft CRM 3.2 and Terrasoft Service Desk 3.2 offers capability of domain authorization – one can log in to the system without specifying a user name and password using Windows authentication.
Also a feature of global search of any information in all sections of the system by using a single search box has been added. All files can now be grouped right in the "Files" detail. “Log” section enables system administrator to view all the changes made to the data. In addition, the user has the option to customize access rights to any group in any section.
