Terrasoft Group announces new versions of products Terrasoft CRM 3.2 and Terrasoft Service Desk 3.2 the emphasis in which is made on the flexibility of user preferences and expansion of basic functionality.
- New Section “Dashboard”
New section "Dashboard” which consolidates, aggregates and arranges measurements, metrics and scorecards from any section of the system on a single screen, has been added to the functionality of the software. Records, charts or webpages displaying data from any sections of the system can be monitored at a glance. Dashboard can be set up individually for each user as well as one might use a dashboard customized by his/her colleagues.
- Custom Query Builder
Custom Query Builder is a section where user can form custom queries to the data base. All the queries created can be subsequently used for Custome Report Builder, for charts creation or for reporting in Microsoft Word format.
- Charts in the Records and Details
Graphical presentation of accumulated data has been added to all the sections of the system. Using "Charts" tab user can obtain any analytics he needs - for example, the dynamics of submitting the information to the database or the time of the highest users’ activity during the day. There is no need to engage professional programmers for system tuning. Each chart can be exported in various formats or printed immediately.
- Domain Authorization
The new version offers capability of domain authorization – one can log in to the system without specifying a user name and password using Windows authentication. Besides, all the users can be exported from Windows domain and transferred to Terrasoft CRM or Terrasoft Service Desk with a single click of a button.
- Custom Import from MS Excel
Custom import from MS Excel has been improved - now an import of data from Excel spreadsheets can be performed by the user himself with no need to involve technical specialist.
- Custom Reports in MS Word
The possibility to create of any of MS Word documents using data from Terrasoft CRM or Terrasoft Service Desk with the use of macros has been added. For example, using a standard template a user can create a contract in MS Word based on the data stored in Terrasoft CRM or Terrasoft Service Desk.
- Global Search Feature
A feature of global search of any information in all sections of the system by using a single search box has been added. Flexible search parameters can be set with the possibility to define the sections and fields in which the search is carried out. Ability to specify different masks for search.
- Improved “Files” Tab
All files can now be divided into groups immediately right in the "Files" tab. Besides, the "Files" tab is enriched with a number of additional functions.
- Access Rights to the Groups
The user can configure access rights to any group formed in any section. The right can be assigned for reading, changing, removal or for transfer of rights to another user. Now it is possible to assign the access rights to the static and dynamic groups.
- New “Log” Section
“Log” section enables system administrator to view all the changes made to the data. Administrator can define the changes of which sections should be tracked and saved in the register. In addition, the user with sufficient access rights can track the changes history of any record in the system.
- Creating Custom Directories
The directories of any type can be created by the user of the system with administrator access rights. An expanded managing of user directories is provided – ability to create, edit and delete directories.
- Hyperlinks
Using a new interface "Hyperlink" feature the user can open any card related to the record without having to move to the appropriate section.
- New License Manager
Thanks to the change of license manager interface and additional features introduction the user has more options of work with the utility.
In addition to these items, the enhancements to the existing functionality of the system is introduced: a filter for communication tools is implemented, new features are added to "Cashflow" section, the content of "File" and "Add" tabs is changed, a new tab "Tools" is added.
