Create a new task for an account

 

To create a new task for the selected account, click the "Create a new task" function at the Service Pane.

 

 

Create a new contact for an account

 

To create a new contact for the selected account, click the "Create a new contact" function at the Service Pane.

 

Create a new sale for an account

 

To create a new sale for the selected account, click the "Create a new sale" function at the Service Pane.

 

Create a new document for an account

 

1. Select the account and open the "Documents" tab.

 

2. Press the "Add" button at the tab toolbar. At that the document form with filled "Account" field will be opened.

 

3. After filling the form press OK to save a new document.

 

4. You can move to this document in the Documents section using "Go to document" tool in the context menu.

 

 

Create a dynamic group for purchasers

 

You can create a dynamic group where all the customers that purchased your products will be automatically placed. To create such a group save the following conditions in the dynamic group filter.

 

 

View the products purchased by the account

 

Select the account and open the "Products in documents" tab in the accounts details. In that tab you can see the products in invoices paid by that account.

 

View the account history

 

Select the account and open the "Tasks" tab in the accounts details. In that tab you can see the all the tasks, implemented for this account.

 

View the correspondence with the account

 

Select the account and open the "Email" tab in the accounts details. In that tab you can see the all the messages, sent to and from this account.

 

Register account associations

 

1. Select the account and open the "Associations" tab in the account details.

 

2. Press the "Add account" button to create association with an account or "Add contact" button to create association with a contact.

 

 

3. Select an account (contact) and specify the association nature and reverse association nature.

 

Print envelopes and stickers for the accounts

 

To print envelopes and stickers, click the corresponding tool in the Reports Pane.
