What information about a contact can I get from Terrasoft?

 

You can get its account information, contact type, loyalty reasons, information about its demand for your products and its interaction with competitors in the Contact details. In custom profiles and description field you can get any entered information about the contact.

 

Note: you can get only the information, entered to Terrasoft CRM by you or by other users. It is recommended to enter only relevant information. Besides we recommend to the establish rules, defining what information about customers every user has to enter.

 

 

What is a contact history?

 

History contains all tasks, sales and campaigns linked to a contact. You can view this history in corresponding tabs in the Contact details.
