To set stages for the selected campaign click the "Set stages for campaign" function in the Service Pane.

 

Then you can define start date for the first stage.

 

Stages for different types of campaigns are created in the campaign lookups.

 

 

To send emails to the campaign target audience, click the corresponding function in the Service Pane. You can also send email to any account or contact in the target audience.

 

 

 

To register the campaign response select the campaign and open the "Target audience" tab in the campaign details. Add an account (or contact) and check the "Response" box.

 

You can also check the response in the "Campaigns" tab in the account or contact details.

 

 When you register campaign response, the campaign results are recalculated automatically.

 

 

To compare expected and actual campaign results open the campaign form. In the campaign form you can view the following expected and actual parameters:

Response

Revenue
