Create a new task for a contact
To create a new task for the selected contact, click the "Create task" function in the Service sidebar.

Create a new document for a contact
1. Select the contact and open the "Documents" tab.
2. Press the "Add" button at the tab toolbar. At that the document form with filled "Contact" field will be opened.
3. After filling the form press OK to save a new document.
4. You can move to this document in the Documents section using "Go to document" tool in the context menu.
To send email to the selected contact, click the "Send email" function in the Service Pane. You can also send email to all group members.

View and add contact annual events
Select a contact and open the "Annual events" tab. Press the "Add" button to add an annual event from the appropriate lookup. To view annual events as a calendar click on the "View calendar" tool.
Select the contact and open the "Tasks" tab in the contact details. In that tab you can see the all the tasks, implemented for this contact.
View
the correspondence with the contact
Select the contact and open the "Email" tab in the contact details. In that tab you can see the all the messages, sent to and from this contact.
1. Select the contact and open the "Associations" tab in the contact details.
2. Press the "Add account" button to create association with an account or "Add contact" button to create association with a contact.

3. Select an account (contact) and specify the association nature and reverse association nature.
Print the contacts cards, address
book or annual events calendar
Click the corresponding function in the Reports sidebar.
