Terrasoft CRM enables you to interact effectively with other system users:

1. You can create tasks for other users within a sale or campaign and other users can assign  tasks for you. See Tasks FAQ.

2. You can control current status of the assigned task.

3. If you want to make an appointment with the other user or to check up his/her capacity, you can view his/her schedule.

4.Together with other users you can take part in the business processes.

For example, when the user completes his task, a new task for you can be automatically created. From the other side when you complete your task, a new task for other user can be automatically created.

5. You can communicate with other users using the Email section. (See Advantages of Terrasoft Email)
