How can I organize a campaign using Terrasoft CRM?

 

Organizing a campaign you first define its goal, target audience, products, you are going to promote, assign a campaign manager (owner) and plan campaign start and due dates. You can enter this information to the Campaign window and the Campaign details. You can also forecast a campaign budget and response.

 

To assign the team, that will take part in the campaign use corresponding tab in the campaign details. The team members can have different roles.

 

How can I track a campaign?

 

When you create a task, you can link it to the campaign. So you will be able to control campaign tasks' statuses in real time.

You can set stages for a campaign and control their in-time execution using the "Gantt Chart" tab.

 

How to analyze campaign response?

 

When you receive a response from the contact that was part of the campaign target audience, add the campaign to the contact's "Campaign" tab and check the box in the "Response received" column. As a rule response is received the sales staff. That is why, the rule, obliging sales persons to register the response should be established.

 

How can I analyze campaign effectiveness?

 

After campaign is finished, you can compare its actual parameters (budget, response rate, revenue and ROI) with expected ones in the Campaign window.

Actual response is a number of contacts (or accounts) from which you received feedback, caused by campaign.

Actual revenue and ROI are counted on basis of paid invoices, linked to this campaign.

 

How can I compare effectiveness of my campaigns?

 

You can easily compare effectiveness of the campaigns using the standard reports in the Campaigns section.

How can I manage my marketing literature?

 

You can store all you booklets, presentations and other materials in the Library section. Thus you can organize, share and quickly find your ads.
