How can I make interaction with customer more effective using Terrasoft CRM?

 

When interacting with customer you can quickly find and view detailed information about the customer and a whole history of your relationship with this customer. Using this information you can easily identify and recruit new clients as well as the existing ones.

 

What information about the customer can I get from Terrasoft?

 

You can get its contact information, industry and business type, loyalty reasons, information about its demand for your products and its interaction with your competitors. In custom profiles and description field you can get any entered information about the customer.

 

Note: you can get only the information, entered to Terrasoft CRM by you or by other users. It is recommended to enter only relevant information. Besides we recommend to establish rules, defining what information about customers every user has to enter.

 

What is the history of interaction with the customer?

 

History contains all tasks, sales and campaigns linked to this customer. You can view this history on corresponding tabs in the Account details. You can also view the history of interaction with the contacts in the Contact details.

 

Note: In the Contact details you see all tasks and processes, in which this contact is either the owner, or the target person.

 

 

What if my customers are consumers?

 

You can create an account for each consumer with the "Consumer" type and attach a consumer to it as a contact. Thus you will be able to create tasks, opportunities and campaigns for the consumer.

 

What if I am working with the dealer network?

 

You can create an account for each dealer with the "Dealer" type. Besides, you'll need to create an sale of "Networking" type.
