When you create a task, you can link it to an sale. So you will be able to control sale tasks' statuses in real time.

You can set stages for a sale project and control their in-time execution using the "Gantt Chart" tab.

 

How can I make out an invoice?

 

You can use the "Invoice" report in Invoices section. You can change invoice structure in the Report Builder.

 

How can I control payments?

 

In the Documents section you can pick out paid or unpaid invoices and display the overall results for any time period. Besides you can open and print the "Invoices by account" report in the Documents section.

 

How can I view current sales pipeline state?

 

In the Sales section you can control sales pipeline by viewing sales by their statuses and stages.

 

How can I view sales persons workload?

 

In the Sales section you can open "Sales by owners" standard report.

 

Note: An owner – is a manager, assigned to track a sale.

 

How can I evaluate sales persons effectiveness in real time?

 

The executive can control managers' effectiveness by statuses of tasks and sales, to which the manager has been assigned (For example: how many overdue tasks manager has).

 

How can I control fulfillment of tasks, assigned by me to the manager?

 

When you create a task for a colleague, you can always see its current status in your Tasks list.

 

How can I display the sales dynamic?

 

You can open and print the "Sales dynamic" standard report in the Documents section.

 

How can I display products turnover?

 

You can open and print the "Products turnover" standard report in the Documents section.

 

How can I forecast sales and revenue?

 

You can pick out the sale that are either opened or planned during the relevant period in the Sales section. Having calculated sales overall potential amount and average probability you can forecast future revenue.
