1. Double click the process record in the Processes list to open the Process Builder.

1. If you are involved in a process, we recommend you to study its structure in the Process Builder. Understand your role in the process, and what tasks can be created for you within the process.
2. When a process task is created you can cancel it to stop the process. Otherwise it will be placed to your Tasks list.
3. When you complete the task change its status to "Completed" and select one of the results of this task. Thus next task will be automatically created (if your task is not final in the business process).
Only the Administrator can build a process in Terrasoft CRM. But you can design a process structure within the rules of the Process Builder.
Building processes in the Process Builder is very easy:
1. To create a task press the "Task" button and draw a rectangular in a process field.
2. Then fill in the Task form (define task subject, type, owner and terms) and press "OK"
3. To link tasks by result press the "Link" button, click on the first task and drug the link to the next task.
To develop a new process consider the Process Builder rules:
1. Every task in a process has a defined type. Types are set in the "Task types" lookup. (See Typical tasks)
2. Possible results for each task type are set in the "Task results" lookup.
3. In a process a task may have one or several results. Task result is shown as a link between tasks.
4. Depending on the task result next task is automatically created
