Which tasks can I schedule in Terrasoft CRM?

 

You can schedule phone calls, appointments, to-dos and all your other daily tasks in the Tasks section. Tasks can be linked to accounts, sales and marketing campaigns.

 

How to make my Tasks list suitable to work with?

 

You can use the Date filter to show only current tasks. You can also display overdue and future tasks, by checking correspondent boxes in the Date sidebar. See also Customizing Records list view

 

How can I view my schedule?

 

To view your schedule, click the "Schedule" tab of the Tasks list. You can adjust schedule scale.

 

Note: Only tasks with the "Show task in the schedule" box checked are displayed in the schedule.

 

How can I control overdue tasks and sales?

 

You can check the "Highlight overdue tasks and sales" box in the General settings. Thus all your overdue tasks and sales will be highlighted.

You can also open the "Overdue tasks" report in the Tasks section.

 

How can I view my colleague schedule?

 

Just select the user in the upper "Show tasks for" lookup.

 

How can I interact with other users within one sale or campaign?

Which tasks can be automatically created?

 

The task can be automatically created as a process item you are involved in.
