To define your target audience, first pick out your customers or prospective customers in the Accounts section, using groups or the Filter sidebar. You can quickly display diagrams to analyze customers by geographical location, industry, products they purchase and loyalty reasons.

 

Is there any other information I learn about my target customers?

 

You can create custom profiles for the "Customer" type, for example "Business size" where you will enter number of employees. Then you can quickly pick out the customers of certain business size and analyze them using the diagrams.

How can I define my key customers?

 

To define your key customers, first define your key customers parameters, terms of partnership, total contract value etc. Then pick out the list of customers using custom filters.

Go to Tracking competitors.

 

How can I define my most popular products?

 

Go to Tracking competitors.

 

You can pick out your customers and display the "Accounts by purchased products" diagram.

Besides in the Sales section you can display the "Sales by types" diagram to learn, what are your most frequent and profitable sales or projects and the "Products in sales" to see the most popular products.

Basing on you customers' profile, products and competitors information you can define market position, most profitable for you.
