How can I create a competitor?
To enter a competitor into Terrasoft CRM, create a new account and select the "Competitor" type.
How can I view all my competitors?
You can create the dynamic "Competitors" group in the Group Manager, where all the accounts with the "Competitor" type will be automatically placed. When you click this group your competitors' list is displayed.
How can I track competitors' activities?
To track competitors' activities towards an account, you can use the "Competitors activity" tab in the Account details. In this tab you can register every interaction of your competitors with selected account, you know about (such as marketing campaign, presentation or sale). So you always will be able to view the history of your competitors' interaction with each account.

You can use the "Competitors activity" tab in the Contact details. In this tab you can register interaction of your competitors with selected contact.

You can create the "Competitor" profile for all sales and register your main competitors in the sale.

You can register any information about your competitor in the competitor window and details.
Besides, you can create custom profiles for the "Competitor" account type, such as "Price", "Terms of payment" or "Guarantee period". Then you can quickly pick out the competitors, that for example have the longest guarantee period.
How can I analyze my competitors?
You can pick out competitors, matching specific criteria or view all your competitors.
You can quickly display diagrams and analyze your competitors by geographical location, sources or customers' loyalty reasons.
Besides, you can create custom reports in the Report Builder to analyze competitors by prices, product and service parameters, target industries, etc.
