CRM software for advertising companies

Using the Gantt Chart

Terrasoft CRM enables quickly create the optimal schedule for the new project. First of all, the job list is defined. The system contain the job list templates for different project types.

Time cost registration

Then the specialists capacity by the other running and planned projects is defined. Basing on the jobs list the needed time is reserved for every specialist. Thus the project team and plan are formed. The project cost is calculated basing on the planned jobs and engaged specialists hour fee.

All these tools enable to define the project terms, team and cost in a very short period of time. Besides you can register the individual project features (owner, probability, brand, advertising type).

Designer schedule

The project schedule is displayed using the Gantt Chart. So the project manager can evaluate the current project status and make needed corrections.

The special reports provide the information about the employees capacity, projects profitability by advertising types (BTL, ATL, etc.)
