CRM software for Communications

Terrasoft CRM contains information about customers, partners, suppliers, agents and dealers. For every customer the traffic consumption parameters, traffic price, service code, imported from the billing system are registered.


Customer information

To attract new customer the automated business processes are used. For every sale the project is created in the CRM software. The project enables to plan and track the sale stages.

The system provides tools for organizing information about marketing campaigns, their stages, leads, and deals, concluded thanks to these campaigns.

Terrasoft CRM is integrated with the billing system and accounting software. From the billing system the traffic volume data, consumed by customers is imported. Besides the traffic limitations and exceeding values are also taken from the billing system.


Traffic consumption tracking

All invoices are created in Terrasoft CRM and transferred to the accounting system. The customer payments and bills are imported from the accounting system. The invoice status is changed automatically after the payment is imported.

Besides Terrasoft CRM accumulates information about the company expenses basing on the special documents – inquiries to the technical department (concerning building lines and telecommunication equipment installation). Then the system forms monthly reports containing overall expenses figures.
