CRM software for distributors

Terrasoft CRM contains information about all suppliers, dealers and end- customers of the distribution network. Besides the direct relations between the customers and suppliers are also registered.


Partner Form

The partner specialists certification is also tracked in the system. Certificate is created as a new document and is attached to the deale r r ecord.

For every dealer a new project is created, that provides suitable tools to register all partne r r elationships, information about supplied products, issued and paid invoices, contracts and other documents. For every dealer project an individual price type can be selected, so each partner has an individual price list.

Besides, the system enables to manage sales projects to the end-customers (companies and consumers).

Terrasoft CRM enables to store a large products list. For each product the whole information is registered. Product manuals are attached as files to the appropriate products. System enable quickly find needed product and print an invoice containing this product.


Marketing campaigns

Terrasoft CRM helps to plan and analyze marketing campaigns, supporting supplied brands and generating new leads. All routine operations, related to marketing activities (printing letters, bulk email sending) are automated in the system. CRM enables to plan the campaign budget and control its fulfillment.
