When an educational course is being prepared, a new project is created in Terrasoft CRM. The students are added (linked) to the project. So the groups are formed in the system. Then the needed trainings and their duration are defined in Terrasoft CRM.

Basing on the educational project Terrasoft CRM creates a contract (or several contracts – if the students – are private persons o r r epresentatives of different organizations).
The training schedule is also formed in Terrasoft CRM, and corrected after agreement with the group. The trainers are assigned basing on the students’ preferences and trainers’ capacity in other courses.
Though the training time can be changed very often, Terrasoft CRM enables every trainer to see the actual week schedule. After each training the traine r r egisters the attendees and their test results (if needed) in Terrasoft CRM. Basing on this information the group progress report is created.

Trainings schedule
Moreover, Terrasoft CRM enables to track the customer payments. The contracts include the education cost and provided discounts. For every project the payment schedule and invoices for students are created. Thanks to the reports about concluding courses, its easy to define which payments should be controlled at this time. Besides, this report gives information about trainers availability for the next period.
Terrasoft CRM also helps to attract new customers. The developed business process automates all stages of a lead qualification, from the first call – to the education final.
