CRM software for equipment providers

Terrasoft CRM enables to store the complete information about the prospect and existing customers, equipment suppliers, manufacturers and dealers.

Tracking projects

For every equipment tender a new project is created in the Sales section. The whole negotiations history (calls, meetings, email correspondence) is linked to this project. Thanks to specially designed reports the company management has a clear picture of the current projects statuses.

Project form

Sales persons work according to the automated business processes, that increases their effectiveness and enables to use the best industry practices in customer relationship.

The special module is developed for creating price-lists, containing different price types for different customer groups (business customers, dealers, partners, VIP clients).

The equipment and spare parts data is imported from the MS Excel documents that may contain thousands of items and have different table structures.

Besides, management uses Terrasoft CRM for planning and tracking the marketing campaigns (exhibitions, forums, promotions, advertising). The marketing reports enable to evaluate the campaigns effectiveness.

Printing specifications

Terrasoft CRM automates the part of the company documents flow. All invoices, payments and way-bills are imported from the financial system. The information in these documents is used to create analytical reports and sales tracking.

The Library section contains different templates for the rapid documents creation (e.g. applications, commercial proposals, protocols and contracts).
