CRM software for event management

Terrasoft CRM contains the information about customers, including the history of interactions (participation in the former projects, issued and paid invoices, purchased services, penalties, meetings, phone calls, emails, task results). Besides the history of interactions with Mass Media representatives, that cooperate with the company in event promotion, is also registered in Terrasoft CRM.

Event preparations and conducting are automated by business processes, that create tasks to the project participants according to the designed algorithm.


Badges printing

For each event a new project is created in Terrasoft CRM. The potential exhibitors and speakers are linked to this project. Then using the email template the information about future event is sent to these prospects. When a response is received the participant application is created in the system. Besides, these applications are automatically created basing on the information sent from the website, where visitors fill out the registration form.

Basing on the filled applications, the customer invoices are created and printed in Terrasoft CRM. Every payment is fixed as a document, and the appropriate invoice status is automatically changed.

Besides, Terrasoft CRM enables automatically create contact list from the companies-participants, and print badges of the needed format.


Event resulting report

Event expenses are also calculated in the CRM. Then basing on these expenses and event income the profitability report is formed.

After the event the resulting report with all important event figures is formed and printed. Besides, all needed documents for event participants are also printed with the help of Terrasoft CRM.
