Terrasoft CRM contain information about customers, partners, distributors, legal authorities. Partner information includes contact, billing data, annual turnover, dealer network size, covered territory, cooperation with other brand suppliers. This information helps to define the most important partners and find an individual approach to them.

Partner form
For each partner a separate project is created in Terrasoft CRM. The project includes the history of interactions with partner, data on supplied products, issued and paid invoices, contracts and other documents. For every partner project an individual price type can be selected, so each partner has an individual price list.
Terrasoft CRM enables to store a large number of products, produced by the company. The products are organized into groups, so it takes only few minutes to find a product and issue a new invoice.
Managers use Terrasoft CRM for planning and tracking marketing campaigns: exhibitions, seminars, PR-promotions, advertising. The marketing reports enable to analyze and compare the marketing campaigns effectiveness. All routine operations, related to marketing activities (printing letters, bulk email sending) are automated in the system. CRM enables to plan the campaign budget and control its fulfillment.
