The customer form contains the most important parameters. For example, for corporate customers that are turnover, number of employees, etc.
All calls, meetings, email correspondence, cases and payments history is linked to the appropriate customer. For more advanced risks evaluation you can also register customer associations with other persons and companies.
Marketing campaign |
Marketing campaigns, aimed to generate new leads are tracked in the Campaigns section. The software provides tools for planning the marketing campaign budget and evaluate the effectiveness of the advertising and events expenses.
The interaction with prospect customers is automated by the business process, that enables to increase the insurance agent effectiveness and reduce the financial risks.
When the new customer appears, the new project is created in the Sales section. The project contains the insurance amount, rates, number of polices and other parameters.
