Terrasoft CRM enables to organize the information about customers, trademarks, and history of advertising campaigns. Customer data was imported from the old database and analyzed using Terrasoft CRM analytic tools by target audience, product group, ads volume, advertising budget. Besides the competitor data (in particular - prices) was analyzed.

Terrasoft CRM supports the corporate standards for customer interaction. When a new order is received a new project is created. It contains the terms of the advertising campaign, number of repetitions, ads cost and other order parameters. System users can track the current projects documentation, probability and stages. The special report, showing sales volume by sales-person is also created in Terrasoft CRM.
When forming the media-plan managers use the single broadcast time database. This database contains information about free and reserved broadcast time. Basing on this information manager can reserve time for his client. According to the maintained media-plan the broadcast capacity report is built. For media-plan forming the Tasks section is used.

Terrasoft CRM automates the company document flow. Besides the accounting documentation the customer applications, media-plans, contracts are registered in the system.
For project management and corporate standards following the special business process is used. It includes first contact stage, customer service and after-sale communication stages.
The Campaigns section is used for accumulating manager activities within the appropriate marketing campaigns. All activities are registered as tasks linked to a campaign. Campaigns section is also used to track the advertising campaigns of the company clients.
The CRM software saves the employees time by automatic forming of different reports, showing sales and marketing results.
