Terrasoft CRM contains the database of hospitals, stores, resellers, drugstores, medicines suppliers. All accounts can be grouped by region for each medical representative.

The rate of orders realization, associations between different medical organizations, demand in medicines are registered in Terrasoft CRM. This information is used to evaluate the market volume.

Besides, the doctors that took part in the new medicine testing, the loyal doctors that may provide positive references are registered in the separate groups. The persons that are placed to these groups should be contacted more often in order to keep them loyal.


Medicines demand

Terrasoft CRM enables to track costs for each medical representative visit, including marketing literature cost. Basing on this information financial documents are automatically printed.


Medrep's schedule

After each visit the medical representative registers the information about the demand for different medicines. Basing on this information the "Profitability by Product" report is created.


Marketing expenses

The company has a large number of medical representatives, working around the country. To provide the access to customer data and analytical reports in the central database the Terrasoft CRM Web is used.

Besides all customers can get the access to the Web version to find out which medicines are available in their region and to get needed medicine data.
