Terrasoft CRM contains integrate information about existing and prospect customers, equipment suppliers, legal organizations, co-partners and competitors. Customers are grouped according to their potential value for the business.
The main CRM function is projects tracking. The system enables quickly create new projects using the standard project stages and stage groups, evaluate the current project statuses basing on planned and actual parameter values on the Gantt Chart. All contacts, documents, email correspondence related to a project is linked to it in the Detail tabs. Besides the software contains reports, providing a clear picture of the current projects state of affairs.

Terrasoft CRM automates the considerable part of the company documents flow. First of all it’s automatic specifications creation. The specifications contain the project cost structure including equipment prices, transportation and customs expenses, taxes, discounts and profit margin. Basing on the specification the commercial proposals are created. Besides the software enables to track orders to suppliers, internal inquiries, contracts and invoices. Also the system enables to organize electronic document visa.
Terrasoft CRM contains a large number of price-lists for equipment with different price types. For every equipment unit the history of cases is tracked.
For each project the warranty conditions are registered in Terrasoft CRM. All customer warranty inquiries are registered and tracked using the Ticket system. Special reports show the effectiveness of the service department and the amount of service expenses.
Marketing campaigns (events, advertising) are also tracked in Terrasoft CRM. The campaigns effectiveness is evaluated using special reports.
Besides, the custom reports reflect the current project statuses, payments received and help to analyze the projects profitability.
