CRM software for public sector

The public student organization has a lot of branches across the country. The single organization database is stored on the server in the central office and all participants can access the information using Terrasoft CRM Web client. This structure enables to use the common data and common organization standards and rules.

The organization consists of students, and its staff is changed almost every year. Terrasoft CRM includes the participants database, where every participant is given his own ID, and where participant status, department and time spent in the organization are registered.

This information improves the long-term relations with participants, that leads to building new connections with companies in which these participants work.

Terrasoft CRM optimizes partner and sponsor relationship, that help in organizing events, seminars, trainings and probations. Sponsors are grouped by importance and region. For every sponsor all information, helping to succeed in the negotiations and collaboration. To attract new sponsors, the information about potentially interesting companies is accumulated in the system.

Automated business processes help to improve the preparations to trainings, seminars and conferences, conducted by the organization. All these events are tracked in the system as projects in the Sales section.

Terrasoft CRM helps to prepare all documents needed for forming a new sponsorship. For accommodation all sponsor donations are stored as products in the appropriate section and grouped by types (financial help, trainings support, informational support and FMCG support).
