CRM software for recruiting companies

Terrasoft CRM contains the complete customer data, including the customer industry, salary level, employee turnover. All customers are grouped by their importance to the company business. Besides, the system enables to track the competitors activity taking into account their industry specialization.

When the new vacancy appeared the new project is created in the Sales section. The project contains the whole information about the job proposal (position, salary, other terms) and the requirements to the applicants (age, experience, professional skills, personal qualities).

Talent form

The CRM basis is the talents database. The Applicant form contains its personal data, location, job, work-place, photo, and professional skills description (computer skills, foreign languages, driving license, etc). Besides it contains the data about the applicant education and work experience, professional achievements, the reasons for leaving the previous jobs, the professional goals(job, salary, industry).

Vacancy form

Terrasoft CRM enables search the talents database and find the appropriate persons for a given vacancy. You even can set the level of correspondence while searching. After the interview the HR-specialist enters the applicant personal data to the system and the special application is formed.

Resume for printing

Terrasoft CRM also enables to automate printing of the standard documents: contracts, CV, and even Job announcements for website publications. Special reports help to create a clear picture of the company current projects.
