CRM for business services

Terrasoft CRM contains the whole projects history by all customers, including the history of calls, meetings and email correspondence.


Business process

All projects are controlled using the developed business-process, that automatically create tasks for responsible specialists.

For quick contact and account search the custom context search module is developed. It enables quickly find accounts and contacts by a part of a name.


Tracking projects

While working with Terrasoft CRM consultants fill out special document forms to register work implemented in the particular projects and time, spent for the work. Basing on this data the Time-cost report for the selected period can be created. It includes time spent by each employee for each project, by different work- types. System executes additional control of the entered information correctness (e.g. by intersection of time intervals).


Project reports

Besides, the CRM solution contains the "Missing Documents" report that reminds the consultants about the documents they should prepare during the selected period.

Basing on the time-cost documents and overhead expenses the project profit is automatically calculated.
