CRM software for software vendors

Terrasoft CRM contains information about end-users, dealers, resellers, competitors and suppliers. For every customer the number of work-places, used operation system and software applications are registered. For every dealer you can store its status (Gold, Silver, Bronze) and other competing brands they are dealing with.

All sales by partners and points of sale are tracked in Terrasoft CRM. Besides the software provides the sales and interactions history with every customer (end-user). That’s why the sales person can always find out when a customer purchased the software and if it needs updates.


Customer data

Terrasoft CRM enables to store the wide range of software products . For suitable and quick search the products are organized by types. For every product several price types that are used for different partners and end-users are stored in the system. This feature makes it easier to issue invoices. Besides the software boxes stock is tracked in the system and special reports help to evaluate the current stock status.


Support ticket

The new software price-lists are imported to Terrasoft CRM using the special utility. It enables to import excel documents with automatic recalculating of product prices. Terrasoft CRM is integrated with company financial software. All payments and way-bills are imported from the financial system to CRM and invoices are exported back to financial system.

In sales and logistic departments the system is used for creating complex product specifications and commercial proposals for partners and customers. When creating the proposal partner type, its price types and current software vendor discounts are taken into account.

Terrasoft CRM automates the considerable part of the company document flow. Besides invoices and commercial proposals the system tracks inquiries to suppliers, payments, contracts. The system enables to organize electronic contract visa that quickens routine procedures.
