CRM software for transportation companies

Terrasoft provides a single information source for company branches around the country. The branches exchange their data with the central office every day. This enables fast and effective management of the geographically distributed company.

Terrasoft CRM automates relations with customers, suppliers and partners. The customer information, contained in the system includes: demand in different service types, its volume and growth potential, interactions with competing transportation companies. The system automatically forms the list of customers that need to prolong their contracts.

For analyzing the sales dynamics the CRM solution is integrated with company financial system. The information about all implemented transportation services is imported from the financial system.

The work with customer is considerably empowered by means of automated business process. Basing on sales person results the special report is formed. It contains the number of his/her calls, meetings with customers, the planned and actual customer payment amount.


Trucks and routes

Besides Terrasoft CRM is used for trucks and transportation management. It contains the information about each truck current status (on the road, free, freighted, blocked), unloading date and place, transportation cost, driver data and other parameters.


Transportation request

All transportations are registered in the systems using the documents. The transportation form contains the information about the truck, shipment date, load type, transportation cost and profitability, transportation documents availability. Besides by each transportation one can track the rout, destinations, unloading dates, load weight and size and other parameters.

Terrasoft CRM enables quickly form and print standard documents: contracts, invoices, way-bills.


Orders report

Basing on the data imported from the financial system the reports for sales forecasting, payment collection, plans realization are created.
