Terrasoft CRM provides tools for organizing effective team-work

system users:
1. You can create tasks for other users within a sale or campaign
and receive tasks from them.
2. You can control current status of your task.
3. If you want to make an appointment with the other user
or to check up his/her capacity, you can view his schedule.
4.Together with other users you can take part in the business
processes. For example, when the user
completes his task, a new task for you can be automatically
created. From the other side when you complete your task,
a new task for other user can be automatically created.
5. You can communicate with other users using the Email section.
Terrasoft CRM lets you to establish personal access rights
to every user in network CRM. The main principles of Terrasoft
CRM access management are given below:
1. Every system user has default access rights set by the
Administrator. Default access rights
are access rights, that the user A (or the users group A)
has to records, created by the user B. Every system user can
have default read or read/write access to different records.
2. The user can have read or read/write access to selected
records or fields.
3. The user can also provide access to his record to other
users in Access tab of the record details.
Terrasoft Email client gives you one considerable advantage.
All correspondence with customers and other CRM network users
is automatically linked to accounts and contacts. Besides,
you can link the messages to the sales. So, Terrasoft CRM
keeps track of email correspondence with all your accounts.
Terrasoft Email supports IMAP protocol. That is why CRM network
user can use other email client (Outlook or The Bat) and have
all emails in Terrasoft linked to contacts, accounts and sales
at the same time.
