Creation of the regulation the work with Terrasoft CRM in the company
- Compiling the document that contains rules and regulations of the work with Terrasoft CRM within developed business-processes
- Users' training and testing of Terrasoft CRM
- Organizing and conducting the training on product's basic functionality for customer's employees
