The default access rights are applied to differentiate the access level to the records created by a certain user. The default access rights allow to define users and user's groups, who will get the access rights to the created records automatically. These rights are defined in correspondence with the record owner. 

It is possible to define the default access rights for tables with the table records access management type. 

User's default access rights equals the total access management unit's rights of the user.
