The significant point is that “the process” is much more than the formal description of the task chain (the chain of “reminders” for the manager, in the strict sense), it is a system of instructions, actions and relations organized in the complete structure described as an algorithm. Practically it reveals by the fact that the process can:
- create, modify and delete the database objects
- take into account the statuses and stages of other processes
- act in accordance to logical conditions of the selection
- wait for a certain period of time
- react for trigger events
- manage the user access rights
