Process management

The Terrasoft CRM platform facilitates the execution of all the tasks set for the business process management systems (BPMS). The set of instruments, which is used for the realization of business processes, has the functional power and flexibility of the Terrasoft CRM 3.X platform, being its organic part.

    The BPMS implementation includes the definition and regulation of business processes, as it is supposed to solve the problem of efficient use of a company’s resources. This work implies the following components:
  • allocating the responsibility for the results of works included in processes
  • defining the system of mutual interaction of processes with each other and with external participants
  • defining the list of documents necessary for process functioning
  • scheduling the development and implementation of the documentation
  • assigning the process activity indexes and the methods, forms and procedures of reports
  • defining the key indexes
  • assigning the criteria for the elimination of rejection reasons

The realization of all CRM project elements needs the environment that provides the maximum functional scope and the instrument set for system events processing.

Terrasoft has created a powerful business process management system on the Terrasoft CRM 3.X platform, taking into account the contemporary requirements for corporate information systems as well as the results of its own research during the technological development of the program.

Terrasoft CRM 3.X facilitates the realization of complex process algorithms by means of scripts management, along with the instruments explicitly located on the instrument panel of the Administrator of Terrasoft CRM.

Everything is subordinate to the system’s development ergonomics, and this gives the maximum opportunities for the automation of the system’s work, without disrupting its logical model.

The process engineer (designer) is able to create both individual processes and complex systems of processes. The nested algorithms and correlative sequences of automatic actions are done by using the standard platform tools.

    The most significant aspect is that the term “process” is much more than the formal description of the task chain (the chain of “reminders” for the manager, in the strict sense). It is a system of instructions, actions and relations, which are organized in a complete structure described as an algorithm. Practically, it reveals that the process can:

  • create, modify and delete the database objects
  • take into account the statuses and stages of other processes
  • act in accordance to logical conditions of the selection
  • wait for a certain period of time
  • react for trigger events
  • manage the user access rights
etc.

The developer is able to build this process by means of a set of instruments that provides the possibility for the virtual realization of any logical structure.
